What is the delivery area of ​​the site www.cesareebijoux.com?
We ship worldwide.
Shipments are made by post, by tracked colissimo for France and countries of the European community and by chronopost for countries outside the European zone. However, Chronopost can be used for France and European Community countries if the buyer requests it in the “shipping costs” section.
We do not deliver to post office boxes.


How do I track the delivery of my order?
You can follow the progress of your order in your customer account. An email will also be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped.

SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
How to return or exchange an item ordered on the site?
It is possible to return any product ordered on the site within 7 days following the date of delivery, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by its invoice.
You must refer to the section “Article 6 – Withdrawal period” of the “General conditions of sale” which includes precise details of the return conditions.
Please note: Sale products and products sold on promotion are neither returned nor exchanged.
Likewise, gifts offered during promotional sales cannot under any circumstances be the subject of an exchange or financial compensation.

What payment methods are accepted by the site?
Your purchases can be paid for by credit card/bank card via PayPal or credit card: you must indicate your credit card/bank card number, as well as its expiration date on the page provided for this purpose.

After-sales service
What is the guarantee for CESAREE jewelry?
CESAREE jewelry is designed and manufactured in our workshops with constant attention to quality.
We guarantee free repairs on jewelry within one year from the date of purchase.
Any product whose defect results, according to CESAREE, from deterioration, modification, attempted repair, negligence, misuse or accident is not covered by this warranty.
Likewise, any major missing or broken parts will be charged. The repair will be carried out within the limits of possibilities and spare parts. An exchange may be offered, without guaranteeing that the model will be identical.


If my jewelry is no longer under warranty, what are the repair conditions and their cost?
After one year, or in the event of abnormal wear or use, we will offer to carry out these repairs in return for a financial contribution. The price of repairs depends on the damage and is determined on a case-by-case basis. CESAREE will submit a quote for approval before undertaking the repair. Shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the consumer.


What is the lead time for repairs?
Repairs are carried out within approximately 15 days from the date of arrival recorded at the workshop.


Where should I send my CESAREE jewelry for repair?
You can send us your jewelry by mail to CESAREE 11 rue du Dragon 75006 PARIS. Please note: no hand delivery in our stores is accepted. Don't forget to attach the purchase invoice to benefit from the free warranty if you are within the one year period.
Upon receipt, we will send you a proforma invoice for the transport amount, which varies depending on the weight of the jewelry.


CARE AND COMPOSITION PRODUCTS


What is the composition of CESAREE jewelry?
CESAREE jewelry is made from natural materials (wood, seeds, stones, etc.), handmade glass paste, with bronze or aged silver-finish pewter elements. This jewelry is treated to limit the risk of allergies and does not contain nickel.


How do I maintain my CESAREE jewelry?
In order to preserve the shine of your jewelry, it is necessary to avoid contact with water and humidity, as well as perfume. Perfume, cosmetics, alcohol, chemicals, lemon and other acids as well as salt water and especially chlorine are the enemies of jewelry. It is therefore advisable to put on makeup and perfume before putting on your jewelry.
If, despite these precautions, the jewel turns black, you can send it back to us (shipping at your expense) so that it can be “reprocessed” or cleaned in our workshops. This intervention will be subject to an estimate.
CESAREE jewelry must be stored flat, in a container adapted to the size of the jewelry, without being tight. Under no circumstances should the clamps be twisted, which could cause the mounting cable to break. Indeed, although the cable used is one of the strongest on the market and withstands very high traction, it is weakened by twisting.


If my jewelry turns black, what should I do?
Your jewelry will patina over time, this is completely normal.
If it darkens, please refer to the previous paragraph.


Where are CESAREE jewelry made?
The CESAREE collections are made by hand, in our Parisian workshop. We also use French subcontractors chosen for their know-how and seriousness who are involved in certain specific operations.
Human hands are involved at each stage of manufacturing. Each piece of jewelry bears the CESAREE label. Proportions, combination of colors, composition, balance make CESAREE the essential brand of prestigious ethnic jewelry, constantly evolving.

Our earrings are only available in pairs.


Can we find an old model?
Our jewelry is made in limited series. With the exception of certain reissued models, this is not possible.
